I think it's a great idea also Eric! As far as shops and masks go, over
here in Wales where i live there is nothing i know of in the way of any
costume shops. So compared to you guy's in the US with the choices you
probably have for costume shops it really sucks over here which is a big
shame. I am glad to say though that Halloween seems to be coming
back into the trend kinda thing so it's not all that bad lol. Great pics
Kolchak and Huna, i always love lookin at these kinds of collections so
thanks for sharing. Good luck guy's with everything anyhow  8)  :D

This is my local costume shop. As a kid, I used to sneak out of my house and ride my bike down to this shop to see all the monsters and ghouls. I took these pics on my phone so sorry for the quality.

I believe that's a Rubies mask and I think they want at least 50 for it.

I bought my 1st Frank mask at the magic shop in Disneylend back in the early '60's. I had a lot of fun with it. I believe it was an early Don Post 3/4 mask like the ones sold in FM back then.

Here is a pic of what I wish was my local Halloween store...

This is such a great idea! I love these pics. I have a question about a particular piece I saw. In Kolchak's first pic, on the right-hand side, 2nd shelf, 3rd mask...what is that? It's a really neat insect-looking piece and the eyes look like they glow!

this costume shop thing is a great idea EA. there are a few costume shops here in vegas but i have never went to any of them because i didn't want to be disappointed. after seeing this post i called around town and was happy to hear that some of these places might have some descent stuff. i will be going to hit some of these places and will hopefully have some pics up by the end of this upcoming weekend. thanks.
