Who made these masks?
« on: March 13, 2016, 09:08:30 PM »
Back when I was a kid I saw this great little Ausploitation flick called Fortress.  The four kidnappers in the movie all wear masks.  I've looked around online from time to time, but I've never been able to find out who makes them.

This cover art shows all four masks.  The Father Christmas mask and Dabby Duck were the freakiest.  Any ideas?

Same here. I remember seeing it on WSMH tv66. I wonder if they are Cesar masks? I've looked over the years but have never been able to find out. Glad that someone else remembers them and the movie.

I think your Cesar guess is right on the money. Here's some pics from their 1983 catalog.

Thank you Another Symbiote. One of these days I've gotta get one of those duck masks, at least.

Doh!

Hmm... I think I may have caught this on cable in the late 80s. Might be time to revisit it.

No problem, mistermysterguest. Here's hoping you score a copy of those masks someday.
